Piermont provides agile property investment opportunities for investors and vendors across Wimbledon and South West London. The brand needed a cohesive identity that would distinguish it in a crowded property market — extending beyond a logo to create clarity, refinement and a distinct tone across communications.

The identity drew subtle inspiration from 1980s and early 1990s outdoor sportswear, luxury fashion and tennis culture — nodding to Wimbledon without becoming nostalgic or overly literal.
The visual system was anchored by a dynamic mark suggesting motion and precision, paired with a restrained palette and elegant typography. A recurring motif of horizontal bars, reminiscent of scoreboards and tennis court lines, created a flexible graphic device across digital, print and environmental applications.

The result was a distinctive and adaptable identity that gave Piermont a more refined, ownable presence across key touchpoints.
Horizontal bars reference scoreboards and tennis court lines, creating a flexible graphic device across digital, print and environmental applications.
