John Lewis and Partners’ How we shop, live and look report explored the products, behaviours and cultural shifts that shaped the year. Created for buyers and internal stakeholders, the publication brought together insight on changing consumer habits across shopping, home, lifestyle, fashion and beauty.

The report needed to feel engaging and accessible while presenting a broad range of trends, observations and commercial insight in a clear editorial format.
The design approach balanced retail intelligence with editorial storytelling, helping readers navigate themes such as ecommerce, sustainability, personalisation, wellbeing and inclusivity. Confident typography, image-led pacing and clear section structures gave the report a polished, magazine-like quality while keeping the content useful, readable and easy to reference.
